Privacy & Community Guidelines
Please read this before using the platform. It explains how anonymity works here, what we collect, and what isn't allowed.
What this platform is for
This is a public, anonymous Q&A and feedback forum meant to help teams ask questions, share ideas, and give honest feedback without attaching their identity to every post.
Who can see what you post
There is no login and no private workspace here — every question and reply is visible to anyone who opens the platform, not just your team. “Anonymous” only hides your name from a post; it does not make the post itself private. Please don't post anything confidential, sensitive, or that you wouldn't want a stranger to read.
How anonymity works
There is no login. When you first visit, your browser is assigned a random, anonymous identifier stored in a cookie. It has no name, email, or other personal detail attached — it exists only so likes, replies, and basic abuse prevention (rate limiting) can be tied to “the same visitor” without knowing who that visitor is.
Any name you type into a “Your name” field is optional and shown as-is on your post; we don't verify it, and it isn't linked back to your identifier for anyone else to see.
What we collect and store
- The anonymous visitor identifier described above.
- The content you submit — questions, replies, an optional display name, and any images you attach.
- If you @mention an email address, that address and the fact that you tagged it, so a one-time notification about the thread can be sent.
- Basic timestamps and rate-limit counters used to prevent spam and abuse.
We don't run advertising trackers, sell data to third parties, or attempt to re-identify visitors from this identifier.
Acceptable use
Use the platform to ask genuine questions, share constructive feedback, and respond helpfully to others. Tag (@mention) someone by email only when you have a real reason to loop them in.
Tagging someone's email address is entirely your own accountability — you're responsible for having the right to contact that address and for why you tagged it, not the platform.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory content directed at any person or group.
- Doxxing — posting anyone's private information (address, phone number, financial or government ID details, etc.) without their consent.
- Using the anonymity here to bully, defame, or target a specific identifiable person.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content under applicable law.
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing links, or malware.
- Impersonating another person or organization.
- Uploading images you don't have the rights to, or that contain explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful material.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, scrape the platform, or otherwise abuse or disrupt the service.
- Spam-tagging people via @mentions who have no reason to be involved in a thread.
Moderation
Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice, and repeated or severe violations may result in restricted access. Moderation decisions are made at the platform's discretion.
Who this is for
This platform is intended for professional and organizational use and is not directed at children. If you are under the minimum age of digital consent in your region, please don't use it.
Content and liability
Posts reflect the views of the anonymous individuals who wrote them, not the platform or its operators. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of, or opinions expressed in, user-submitted content.
Changes to these guidelines
These guidelines may be updated from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
